Lance Levine has been the Chief Executive Officer of MFI since 1979.

MFI has two unique divisions. Its  Mexico Shelter Division specializes in assisting companies to set up operations in Mexico in a cost effective and timely manner. Its Subcontract Assembly Division accepts select manufacturing, assembly and packaging projects on a per unit cost basis.

Mr. Levine is also the Managing Director of IA Sourcing Asia, an international sourcing and inspection company with headquarters in Taiwan and China.

He has worked with many major companies in the U.S. and Europe in establishing manufacturing operations in Mexico and the U.S.

He has extensive experience in shelter service operations, manufacturing, production processes, international trade, cross border cultural relations and economic development.

His current affiliations include: President’s Export Council, U.S. Industry Trade Advisory Council, Foreign Trade Association Director, U.S./Mexico Strategic Alliance Director, El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Manufacturing Cabinet Chairman of the El Paso Lyceum.

He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from New York University, School of Commerce.

Mr. Levine is married to Cecilia Ochoa Levine and they have six children.
